Dear Participant:

• Please find enclosed a whole blood sample number ( ) tested negative for hepatitis A, B and HIV.
• This sample should be warmed up at room temperature and mixed for 15 minutes on shaker or roller before testing.
• Perform ABO &Rh testing by your routine methods during your normal workload.
• Write your results clearly in the appropriate result space on CQML website.
